About your request data.
This page explains what happens when you submit the project or meeting form on this website.
What you provide
We save your name, email, selected service, project details, timeline, and any optional company, budget, or meeting preferences you include. We also record when you submit and your permission to respond.
How we use it
These details let Cryvale review your request and contact you about it. A meeting request is an inquiry, not a confirmed appointment. Submitting a request does not create an account or make a payment.
Where it goes
Requests are stored in the website’s Cloudflare D1 database for Cryvale to review. They are not listed publicly. Email notifications are not currently enabled. A daily rotating network fingerprint helps limit repeated submissions; the request database does not store your raw network address.
What to leave out
Please do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information. You can share the general scope without sending private files.
Changes or deletion
To ask for a correction or deletion, submit another request using the same email address and include the reference from your original submission. This sends a request for review; it does not automatically delete records. We may need to verify that the request is yours.
